need help, upgraded my game king to the 044

Hi all, i just upgraded my game king to the 044 cpu and matching backplane. when i put the memory board on the cpu and placed the keychip 28 on and turned on the screen the screen shows the keychip 28 on the screen with 3 strips but i cant get passed that. i re checked all the wires going into the backplane and they are matching with the numbers and in tight. dont know what to do next. HELP!!

Use the touch screen to clear the game.   Just touch each  "strip"  that shows up on screen.

the problem is now the touch screen does not work. i double checked the conectors. could it be the cpu or the backplane that is bad? before i did the upgrade i was playing the munsters and it was working fine. is there any place else i should be looking? thanks!

btw only 3 strips show on the screen and when you touch them nothing happens

I would put the 039 stuff back to see if it is working properly with that.  The touchscreen controllers in IGT are kind of finicky, while pulling out wires and such you might have gotten something loose?
