What Bally Machine Do I Have

Picked this bally machine up today $25 not sure what modele it is , the tag says 1212 , currently not working . Can anyone tell me what I have besides a paper weight ..lol  Thanks Jim

If you look at that tag again, I'll bet you see that it says E1212

This is a Bally E Series machine, I can see the MPU board mounted on the left side of
the cabinet.

Do you get anything on the display when it is turned on?

It had a 2.  on the left side but that is gone now. Also think I need to clean the pins on my reels and hopper , what should I use

The 2 on the left side is normally an indication that the eprom (M2) has failed. I would carefully
remove the chips, one at a time if they aren't marked and clean the legs before putting them back
into the sockets. Use a little care when putting them back in so you don't bend the legs/

I would use something like a very light sandpaper (400 or 600 grit) or emery cloth, You just want
the pins to be bright, just be careful not to bend or break the pins by using to much pressure.
