BALLY 5500 BELLY & UPPER LIGHTS NOT WORKING

HI

Looking for some ideals in solving/fixing the following issue on a BALLY 5500 . Problem is upper tube & belly tubes light don't light up. There brand new bulbs. Real tube light lights up. Is there a fuse or ballast that controls these two non working bulbs. I have checked the connection , all were connected , unplugged each one & reinserted.
The rest of slot machine lights up as it should. The game plays as it should.

Anybody have any ideals on the tube lights not working in upper box & lower belly,reel glass works fine as with the rest of machine. I have installed new bulbs.

On the Back Side of the Top Box light bulb bracket are the transformers and starters. I would start with the starters. You can get at Lowes or Home Depot (they are the round thing about size of your thumb)  Loosen the screws on the end of the light bar and lift it up and loose from top box
