AC Coin Quick Hits RNG Seed 1

Just picked up a non working parts complete AC Coin Quick hits machine. The bottom is all set to go with "waiting on video display" .  I replaced the dead coin batt. in the top, upon power up the lights behind the giant strip in the top box light up for about 5 sec, go off then RNG Seed 1 appears on the small display in the top box. Any ideas?

i had 2 of the qh machine..1 worked, the other im still fighting with but...there should be a cherry switch mounted on the side of the cash box housing...push it for a few seconds and that should reset the top box when it says waiting

if that doesnt work or cant find the switch let me know

try reseating  all the connections in the top bonus cabinet. reseat the sound card also. then open the bottom cabinet and press the large white switch button and close the door.
