Whoever setup your machine did not program the minimum values for the progressives correctly. You will need a clear and need to setup he machine with the correct progressives. You will need a clear 312 for your machine. The attendant hand payout is cleared by turning the jackpot reset key on the side of the machine. The correct progressive amounts depend on the denomination of the machine as well as the max bet you set for your game. This is the formula for the corrrect progressive settings for your game:
JP0 10,000 x Max Bet x Denom
JP1 1,000 x Max Bet x Denom
JP2 100 x Max Bet x Denom
JP3 50 x Max Bet x Denom
JP4 10 x Max Bet x Denom
So if your max bet is 150 credits and your denom is a penny, JP0 would be 10,000 x 150 x .01 = $15,000
When you setup each progressive line, it asks for contribution percentage and the minimum amount, the formula determines the minimum amount. The contribution percentage is up to you, it determines how much each dollar bet will add to the progressives. Each jackpot can have a different contribution percentage. The only limitation is that your paytable payback percentage plus all the progressive contributions cannot be higher than 100. So if your payback table is set to 92%, all your progressive contributions must be less than 8% or you will get an invalid progressive error and have to setup everything over again. I usually set mine up to 92% payback and then do 1% per progressive.
