Game Maker 7200, Hot Hot Hot setup issue
« on: May 05, 2024, 11:31:36 AM »
Long story short, new machine to me. Did a clear (many times) and I always get to the point where the machine says Game Disabled. I feel like I’m missing something simple.

I’ve tried several different jurisdictions, coin in, bill acceptor is bad, so set that up for none. Tried both SAS and none for primary host, all of the settings that are recommended from stuff I’ve found here.
At a loss. Any help appreciated.

Today is the day for 7000 series issues, guess I should turn mine on to verify its working!

Can you elaborate on what process you used to clear. Did you use a lear chip or just flip switch 8? At what point did you remove the set chip if you used it.

What setup choices did you make? Maybe you can send a picture of the blue screen with the setup options.

BTW there is a game enable, disable section in the config section of the menus. One member found his games were disabled.

This photo worked better than my iPad.

I did the install clear chip, I’ve done dip 8, other times, dip 7 and 8

Do the initial settings, remove clear chip, reset dips to off, finish settings. I don’t think there is a set chip?

I did find the enable/disable game setting, I can see the game, but I can’t change the game in that menu, clicking on the game or “selecting” doesn’t seem to do anything.

I’m thinking I’ve selected a jurisdiction or setting that the game simply won’t allow.

Your settings look ok.
Is this error only one game or it won’t boot past this?
You need to switch 7 and 8

I can get all the way to the end setting it up, when I exit setup and close the door, I get the second picture.
