Dont know whats going on either .... now I have the same problem with mine. I have the schematics for it and will when I get a chance, follow the circuit that energizes the handle relay. If I activate the relay after the first coin by hand.... it will accept the other 4 coins and advance, try it too and let me know.
So I need to track down that issue and when I do, I will let you know what I have found. I guess I was supposed to develop this problem with my machine to try to help you too.,

hey dave

you have the same problem now?
mmhhhh
i could fix it with a lubricatingspray.
this white tube on the right side of the reel has jammed.
the contacts couldnt activate.

try to spray some wd40 spray in the tube. it should help.
and check the contacts behind the white tube.

the problem with the 2nd coin is still there :( mmhhh
i hope i can fix it too

The switch behind the tube is the Dashpot switch. Its an extra little switch that is not really needed except in keeping it in original shape. The tube has a rubber gasket that slides inside the tube. When it gets gummed up with old grease it doesnt come back to its home position. Thats why the switch doesnt get made. If you try to clean it and if it works well, your OK . Otherwise, I take the gasket off and just let it travel in the tube without it. You loose the slower return of the handle but you can do away with that problem if you choose.
I will let you know where and how I fix the second coin problem when I figure it out. Pretty sure its a switch just not making good contact or a B plug connection.

BTW  ...  if you do away with the dashpot switch, you will have to solder the wires together.

As I had mentioned earlier, I has this issue before and the problem I traced to a switch on the clock side of tyhe reel bundle. This is again where my problem is. If you open the front door and look down the left side of the reel bundle, there is a relay at the back called the coin relay. When you drop your first coin in, this relay should pull in activating the associated switches. If you dont see it move when you trip the coin switch, this is where the problem might be. The switch bundle that is associated with the coin relay has a wire with the color code of Blue with a red trace. I have attached a pic with circles. This is where my issue has been for the last 2 times. I had the surface clean but it was not making a good connection when it should. Check this switch with it in its closed position, use the solder tabs and not the blades to check it. I had no connection but it looked good and actually moved both blades when closing. I adjusted  it and like the last time, it is all working fine now. If this doesn't fix your machine, let me know and we will go through more of the circuit. I also have a machine that is hanging in the micro coin switch, I have to tap it with a screwdriver and it releases. It is a .5 amp switch E-53 which is more for the E series and I will replace it with the E-51 which I beleive is a 5 amp switch. Hopefully cutting down on the arcing inside it causing to lock up.
Let me know what you find out.

I'm beginning to think that your coin switch on the door could be going bad by watching your video. You could try tapping on the switch with the handle of a screw driver to see you could knock off any carbon build up on the inside of the switches contacts.. I agree with the Fatman about removing the white air cylinder and cleaning out the inside of the old rubber seal.. When you put it back together, use only a very small amount of a light grease on the  steel piston. This will fix the sticking problem.. Make sure you also have a very small amount of grease on the latch of both the coin switch and handle releases. Those coils have to pull the metal plate off the latch to close those contacts. If that becomes a metal to metal contact, or sticky dry grease it can cause extra force to be needed to close those switches.

And remember...
If it's jammed, force it.. If it breaks, it needed to be replaced anyways...
