Anyone heard of At The Hop game?

I know of someone who is going to be selling a game called At The Hop, has anyone seen or played it? It looks very interesting. I am VERY curious how it plays. I can't find anything on this site or elsewhere. I didn't know where to post this because I dont know anything about it. But you guys on this board seem to be very knowledgeable. Thanks

if a moderator could move it that would be great. I had no idea what it was so I didn't know where to put it.

I've never seen a machine like this. Does anyone have a video of it (I looked online) or a simpler machine I can find a video of?
