IGT 23 C ERROR

Hi,
I just received an IGT 23 with Shadow Of THe Panther installed from Grand View Products and it appears not to work (shows a C error in the top right hand corner) (I would assume since i just received it there should be no errors) The touch screen or note acceptor dont work (due to the error) can anyone help me fix this error. Thanks in advance :)

The C is the little switch in the secured USB area (The two usb ports that are inside the area protected by the mpu door on the left side).  On these AVP MPU's there's usually a lock with a cam that will close the switch when locked.  If you don't have the cam lock on the little door, most of us just bend a ticket and stick it into the slot so it closes the little switch.
