IGT AVP 3.0 Godzilla

Hello all, I have an IGT AVP SMLD 3.0 and I am trying to install Godzilla on Monster Island. Everything seems to be working fine except when I try to enable the game itself. Under the game name it reads "requirements not met." I have no idea why it won't let me enable this game so any help would be greatly appreciated!!

My apologies if I posted in the wrong section or gave you the wrong info. Does this mean it's a cabinet problem? Or do you happen to have any ideas? I'm new to this type of IGT.

IPC is a progressive controller.  Some games require it to function properly.  Godzilla requires a MLD display and it uses a 32 inch vertical top (although, if you have a regular dual screen it displays sideways).

Ok, I did not know about the progressive controller. The cabinet does have a MLD display. Do you happen to have a picture of this controller or can you explain to me where it would be at in the cabinet?

It is an external device that connects to the cabinet through an optical wire network loop. It does not really fit inside the machine.  It looks like the picture below (shamelessly lifted from a previous post and the barcode reader is not used).  The controller also needs to be programmed with the progressive information for the game.

Never seen that before. It's weird though, because I built one before that is working just fine and never had to use this device. This is why I believe it might be a cabinet problem. Of course the one I already built and we have sold had all of its original equipment, this one is a conversion.

Problem solved. Turns out one of the memory sticks was bad and the cabinet was only seeing 2gig's. Replaced the bad one and now it works. Thank you for trying to help me. I really appreciate it.

If the top jackpot is hit, the machine will hang.  It doesn't happen often, but when it does, you will probably have to clear the game and reset it to get rid of the jackpot.
