I bought some veridian games of eBay seller glassjawmcgraw and he never sent me my items and I wanted to post a message to warn others of this thief.


I paid him immediately via paypal and waited ages for the games, after a month and a half, thinking they were sent regular ups, I sent him a message to let me know a tracking number or if by some reason they were returned to him... He didn't reply and still hasn't. Both eBay and paypal offer me no help as the item is now over 45 days old... By a couple of days :-(


Really annoyed and after looking at his current completed auctions I can see he has be re listing my games for sale so it's obvious that he never sent them.


I can provide paypal screens of the payments, attempted messages through eBay to the seller without reply and paypals cancelled dispute cases because the transaction has passed 45 days...


This experience need to be shared.

If your paypal payment was charged to a credit card then file a dispute with your credit card company.

Company is Vintage Slot Part. If you look at the eBay summary you will see the auction ended on the 14/5.


Look at this paypal summary and you will see immediate payment, but no shipping number was issued by the ups because it was never sent.


In the detailed view you will find the devils email address, both personal & paypal.

Sorry that this happened to you. Why in the world would you wait so long without getting a tracking number? I see you are in Australia, and it can sometimes take awhile to receive items, but 45 days seems like a long time to wait.


Unfortunately, the other members are correct in saying your only recourse is to file a dispute with credit card company. Most allow 90 days for disputes I believe. Unless he can provide proof of delivery, you will most likely get your money back.

I won some WMS games from him one time on Ebay and he cancelled my order stating he no longer had the items.  He then relisted them two months later at a higher price.

All this being said and stated,  I know of about 50 folks here and other that have bought from this supplier.  They recieved their products.  I never dealt with him/she -them whoever because never had the need.  Perhaps they have joined the "dark-side"  -We will see I hope. Lot's of shaddy Cloaking business been going on I have seen also with multiple names,accounts, he-said-she said-it's not me etc.  Leaves a bad taste in my mouth just thinking about it.  If you have the stuff--for sale-send it and call it a day.
