11 pieces of WOF short reel glass. 2 black, 11 blue including RWB specific. BULK sale on all make offer. Belly glass, make offer on all pieces. That is actually a Triple Diamond WOF award glass.

I bought the DD WOF glass it came packed between 2 pieces of cardboard taped around the edges that was the package it arrived in. it was in a billion pieces and not usable. been looking for a replacement ever since that was 4 years ago. that was after I spent 2 years gathering all the parts and pieces for the top box.
I would even look at a different glass kit if it was complete and I could find the stand alone software for it.

One of the places that does slot machine glass and reel strip reproductions is Sunkist Graphics in Henderson NV, they might have already done one for the glass you need. If so they will already have the file. Might be worth checking with them about. They've been doing this for many years so there's a chance someone has already had them do the same thing you need.

I'm a little confused, the motor is gone, I have rope lights, not sure what light deflector is.

I am a little confused,  Did you sell the wheels to someone else? I told you I wanted them when you emailed me but you have just ignored me. At least just say you sold them to someone else.
