Does anyone have a 1090 wiring diagram? I sse a lot of patches in the wiring and i need to resolve them.

This is driving me crazy, I got the book and it is useless in the wiring of the door. Thats my issue and some with the other wiring, I can do this correctly however I have to have a wiring diagram.

I found one on eBay, and the seller cant email it for some reason.

After spend the morning with this diagram, it's the best in restoring the machine. The diagram is easy to read, I have broken it down into different sections of repair. Using a 3 ring binder I will be able to restore the door wiring to factory.

I was fortunate to have a father in law who was a pack rat. I have all of his electronic equipment, ten solder irons, huge electronics tool assortment, old supplies up the yeng yang.

After spend hours on the wiring diagram, I've located the fubar. I'm going to put everything back the way its suppose to be. The wiring diagram is the best tool it has everything, the Molex plugs are well described.

I'm glad you're able to understand the diagram most people take a week or two to understand one I recommend having it printed in one sheet and laminated then you can draw on it with grease pins and erase it easy and it's kind of cool to have hanging behind the machine

The diagram is easy to understand, I basically blew up sections, printed them off, now its easy to see, easy to follow. I was able to restore the door wiring exactly as factory. I have a set of clipped wires that were for the electric lock, I will most likely put them on a two prong Molex connector to keep them from shorting out. The electric tape is all gone, I cleaned up the wiring so it's pristine. On the spliced wire repair i used shrink tubing and re-inserted into the harness. It came out excellent. Now the old Bally replacement glass is being shipped to me. On one piece it's flaking so I found one thats identical. The belly glass has a chip in it, I've got that being shipped also.

The light on top is something I needed to figure out, with the diagram it is a piece of cake.

I'm also restoring the call light feature, the old wiring was ripped from the slot machine base "reset electronic lock". I replaced all the locks using authentic Chicago Ace locks and I keyed them alike. Now the slot machine door, the slot machine base door lock and the reset electrical lock are on one key. With the diagram I'm able to re-assembly the wiring per factory.

Mystery wires, they are six, I've learned about several wlres however I'm stumped as to where they plug into originally went to.

Not all the wiring in every machine was used. A lot of wires like were just terminated to molex plugs. Iâ€™m thinking they were for casino use.

Since they were cut at sometime, I could put Mulix plugs to protect from a short.

Long process, however i was able to go through the wiring and clean up all of the issues. I checked everything with a meter. I still am in the process of repair and not powering the system up.

OK
I've got the; door wiring completely finished, the wiring inside the slot machine. Seems to be completely a successful part of the job.

I've got the exterior finished, all of the holes have buttons, I used brown calking blending it in the interior, replaced some screws, adding ones that were missing. Now the inside has all the screws in place.

The reel, hopper, are next to be cleaned and serviced.
