General Help for "Double Your Money" Sigma (Sg-112b)
« on: January 14, 2019, 08:25:59 AM »
Hello there,

I just bought a 'double your money' sigma machine (Sg-112b). Upon turning it on, a message "Runaway Hopper 1" showed with "Please Call attendant". I did some research to find that I needed to clean the micro switch (in my case) and reset the machine via key. I inspected the reset area, an noticed that the circuits connecting the keyhole and the machine were unplugged. How can I reset the machine given this status?

Thanks!

Make sure your hopper is seated all the way into the plug towards the back of the machine. On the outside and to the right at the top of the machine you should have THREE switches. Top switch is the RESET. The one just below that is the METER .and the one under that switch is the LAST switch. On the RESET SWITCH there are two wires---WHITE wire to top of switch and green to the bottom of the switch. On the second Switch is the METER SWITCH--- BLACK wire to the top of METER switch and green wire to the bottom of that switch. On the bottom switch is the LAST SWITCH--- BROWN wire to the top of this switch and the green wire to the bottom.

Turn on the machine and with the door open turn the reset switch on and off. That should reset the runaway hopper issue. If you don't have a reset switch on the machine you can just take the White wire and the green wire and touch them together for a second or two and that should reset the hopper issue. Just make sure the two wires are not touching each other when your done. maybe wrap some tape around each wire end so they are not grounding out to anything.
