WBA-12-SS, WBA-11-SS wont take any bills

Thank you very much for all your help. I did get it fixed. What I did is the ram clear and then the set15 chip. Had to do it several times. I found that it was enabling the bill acceptor but not saving it in the software. Finally got it to save the setting and now works fine. It will accept the new 20's but not the fives or hundreds. And of course accepts the ones. Thank you all again.

I did finally find the problem I was having. After using the set chip turning 9 0 to 9 1 and then setting the denomination it appeared to be working correctly. You push the white button to save it. You replace the set chip with the game chip. Follow the process, it initializes on bootup like it should but the acceptor wouldn't take any bills. Do the test and all passes but still doesn't work.
What was happening is although it seemed like it was saving the 9 1 to turn on the acceptor it was not.  Check the diagnostic software and verify that it actually changed the 9 0  to  a 9 1  turning on the acceptor. Once it actually saved it and was turned on it worked perfect. You may have to do this a couple of times to be sure it turns it on. Strange thing is it will accept the new colored 20's but not any other new bills.   Thanks again for all your help.
