Bally Alpha External Progressive Set Up Help 24K 10$ Denom 2C

Hey Guys and Gals.. Been a long while since I have had some time to get some machines up and running.. Picked a good one to get into..

I have a Alpha9000 24 Karat 2 Coin High Denom $10. When I received it back in the day it had the stand alone progressive installed. (Mikohn)
It uses the Bally's S6000 U18/20 SMI 7990 - E706111X0595a and SMI 8130 - E718811X0595a
I have it in a 200173 Rev D Processor, with ASGS9000C000-07 64 MB Alpha Converter with OS 336-09, AVBBP26S300M-03 on Main Board
Not sure if those all line up, unfortunately its been about 2 years since I have touched a Alpha Machine.. My mind isn't as good as it used to be!
The Top box Mikohn Controller has the STA v2.13BA Firmware

I currently only have PSP V1.0 at the moment.. Cant seem to be able to upload.. Do i need V3.0? If sdo does anyone have? For i Cant access download section.
Settings on Mikohn Controller are
Pronto - Con2Gradr-255Idadr-64RTR-OffMach Addr = 2
JP Limit - NODisplays - 1JP GRP1 - SA0Mfile 1 = 5

Just Flashing C10, C14 ( i did put on a new battery as well)

In machine I set to Progressive Type = Mikohn Slot ID 1I set new progressive to "Level 1 JP"Assigned Progressive Combinations to Jackpot 1 Controller Mikohn1, Level 1

As soon as I enter those settings I get

Progressive Link DownProgressive Broadcast Error

I generally hate to ask for help, but I have Ram Cleared this machine about 20 times trying different configurations.. I'm certain I am missing something simple,
maybe wrong mix of chips.. etc..

Any input would be a great help.. Thanks to everyone for even reading this!

PSP v3.01

      F4 = M-02
      F6 = JP0
      F8 = MS25
Jacpot Base amt has to be set at Jackpot Category amount for the game on the machine

On the ChamII board U19 has to be V2.13 or higher
