IGT S2000 Service Button adding credits

Hello all, I am a new member, we just bought our first slot machine.  I believe it is an IGT S2000, it is a 5 Wild, "5 Times Pay machine", it takes quarters and has the ticket printer.  Right now, whenever we press the SERVICE button to activate the beacon light it awards 10000 credits.  We would like to turn this off, does anyone know how that is done, menu option?

Key machine (with no credits on it) and turn off system bonusing or unplug the tito board. But if you unplug the tito board when you cashout it will go to handpay. If you do not have a key chip or know how to use one unplugging the tito board is the only way without removing a wire from the service button switch.

Thanks for the reply. I am guessing I do not have a key chip since I am not sure what it is.  I can go through the menus and see where the "bonus menu" is, when I select it, it says "System Bonus Legacy"  but there is no way that I found to change it.  I will do some searching on here and find out what key chip I might need, how to get one, and then how to use it.

It depends on what type of TITO board that you have.
If it is the type that BHinkley used to sell here you just have to change a jumper position on that board and that function will be turned off. Post a picture of the TITO board.

Yes that is it. It does not have a jumper to turn off system bonus.
