Ball drop error, fix turret and press bonus switch error

My Slotto Double Gold just gave me this message after hitting the bonus plus it says "bonus display error" in the blue left display. Can someone tell me how to clear this? Thanks

0pen the main door and mounted on the side of the bill validator should be a white Cherry switch.  Press the switch.  The  bonus display should reset. If not,  remove the glass at the bonus ball drop. Check the turret position.  The turret can be removed by pulling up on the locking pin and slide the turret out like a coin hopper slides out.

It started doing it again, now I got a "Dynamic motor error" and the drop tube is filled up with at least 6 ping pong balls, could the whole turret be out of alignment? Is there a way to line it back to the default position?

There's a fan that blows the balls back and forth in the viewing tube. Make sure the fan is working.  Also there is a solenoid attached to a lever that keeps the ball from dropping into the tube. Make the screw at the pivot point on the lever has not come loose. You will have to push the solenoid  plunger in , to get the balls out of the tube and into the proper places in the turret.

Ok all the ping pong balls are loaded back into the turret, the 4 inch Double Gold LCD display is working, the credits & winner paid disolays are working, the main door is shut but nothing is showing up on the main display under the reels. If I open the door latch the display comes on & shows door open M, but when I shut the door & put the latch back down, the display goes blank again & the bill validator light does not come on. Very strange because it's acting like it's in ready to play mode but it isn't. Any idea what I can try next?
