LoTR 2 Towers won't complete on WMS BB1.5

I have a WMS BB1.5 Video machine.  I recently purchased Lord of the Rings: 2 Towers.  Let me preface this by saying, I have cleared and loaded many other games on this cabinet including Ruby Slippers which all work fine.  However when I try to clear and load LoTR 2 Towers, I get through the initial setup where I configure all the settings but when I return to game, the screen shows "Configuration Setup" and within a couple of minutes the "Call Attendant" box appears.  I thought that maybe since the game CF was 4GB that it would take a little longer to complete but that wasn't the case.  When I enter the attendant menu the history shows a "RAM Device Error".  I'm fairly new to the Slot owner realm but very advanced in my technical skills being in the IT industry for ~30 years.  Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have 2GB of RAM on your MPU?

Yes.  NXT2 MPU with 2GB RAM.  I'm getting the same thing happening to Ruby Slippers that was originally on the machine when I bought it.

I would try replacing the SO-Dimm on the mpu to rule that out.
