809-G2J sounds like the serial number. Is that the top number on the plate below the handle? If yes, does it really say 809-6ZJ
809-G was a "triple bar" machine for the Mint Hotel, while 809-6ZJ was also a triple bar for Atlantic Associates - probably for a cruise ship. The schematics should be almost the same as the 809-B, which you can find on
http://bingo.cdyn.com/slots/the winner paid light staying on most likely means the payout counter unit on the hopper isn't resetting.
if the reel mech isn't winding up and kicking properly, a reel mech B switch may not be closing to reset the payout counter, so I'd fix the spin first. Spin issues should be purely mechanical. Are the timer links and latch pawls moving freely (parts 15, 23, and 25 in the below diagram)?
also, is the clock fan running a while after the game kicks?
if not sure how the thing works, taking a video is helpful. It'll be too big to post here tho, so you'd need to stick it on a file sharing site or a cloud drive.
there's a windup/kick video of the right side of the reel mech in http://bingo.cdyn.com/slots/videos/ ... I really need to take a video of the left side of the mech and underneath during windup and kick.
