Newbie S2000 Owner - Netplex link down/power supply issues

Hi all!!!  Just purchased 2 S2000 machines that are in need of some TLC!! I have already learned a lot just reading a whole bunch of stuff here but have a few questions that I haven't really found answers to by searching.  So here goes!

This machine is a Double Diamond 5 Reel with Bonus Spins.  It had a Display's NETPLEX link is down error which it turns out is a power supply issue and I cleared it by swapping the power supply from the other unit!  Now I need to figure out how to repair a Autec MCP-8011 power supply.  Seems there is plenty of information on fixing the wintact power supplies but not much about Autec.  Also the bill validator does not seem to be working in that machine so I had to swap the one from the other and that works fine so it is not anything wiring related.  Lastly the reel seem a bit off of the pay lines is there a way to re-align them?

Lastly the reel seem a bit off of the pay lines is there a way to re-align them?

Check to see if the notches of the reel strips are lined up with the plastic nibs on the reel baskets.

Here is a link for the capacitor replacement on the power supply. Usually brings them back to working, but not always.

You can fix almost any electronic device by replacing the aluminum electrolytic capacitors.
