IGT 3902 to 044 upgrade no display

Just upgraded my IGT GameKing from 3902 to 044. Swapped out backplane board and installed 044 MPU with GK 6.4 flashboard. Turned on OK but with no display and 5 yellow LEDs and 2 green ones on front of MPU (red one to the left is out). None of the LEDs are blinking. Since I am new to the 044, was wondering if the LED display is normal and if I need a key chip to proceed further. I just received the flashboard back from being programmed and was careful with static handling.

Does machine have a ceronix LCD monitor?  If so you may need to remove a jumper inside it about an inch above the VGA connector.
