Yes it's a 10Mhz MPU.  Correct strips, correct order, test lines up the three diamonds so they were on notches correct too.

Unfortunately I do not have another Mpu.

PM member lookes he may be willing to check out your MPU.  He is very good at repairing them.

Here's a video you requested. (If i did it right). I have another recorded but it is stuck in some upload delay with youtube at the moment. It just shows the same thing a couple more times. The diamonds are pointing up, but the reels move down.

The video is helpful, thank you. If you do indeed have a longer one that you can share, that will also be helpful, especially to see when it mispays (pays an award different than what it nudged to) just to confirm exactly what's happening.

I think member lookes is onto something in Reply #17, though, that it's just for some reason not getting the signal to change the direction of the nudge.

In the above video you can see on the winning roll the double bar with the diamond should have went up, but went down instead.  This made the single bar come to the payline, which should have paid out 30 coins, (3 single bars), Instead the machine paid out 15 coins, as if the double bars came up(like they were suppose to do.

Very interesting. That's helpful in showing that the machine is indeed paying out correctly for what it should be nudging to, it's just nudging down each time even when it should be nudging up. In fact at the very start of this latest video there's an incorrect nudge down that should have been up, too.

I would suspect that there's a problem with your MPU board. Either a replacement or repair of your board is likely in order.

Of note, your board is probably fine for use with games that don't nudge, or one of the oddball nudge games like Knock Down that only nudges down, so don't trash the board if you do go the replacement route -- it's still fairly useful in its current condition.

I guess one thing you could try at this point since you don't have much to lose would be a RAM clear. I really don't think it will fix the issue, but it won't really hurt anything to try, either. If nothing else, it would be cheaper than buying a new board.

Thanks everyone for the help so far. I have tried another RAM clear but no luck there as expected. I think I am going to try to get another slot machine with no nudge and switch the boards I am looking into a double diamond now to work on that might work for this. I will keep you posted.
