Can anyone tell me what Bally Machine this is?

I picked up this machine today on Craigslist... perfect condtion... sat in a guys living room for 12 years never used....


Is this a rarity? Reliable Machines? Anything to watchout for?  The hopper was disconnected to store just credits... I found a hanging wire on the cashout button... plugged it in and now and when a line pays it automatically dispenses coins... Maybe the wires are backwards?


Only payed $350... most achines on CL are beat up and junk... but this one has a perfect cabinet, chrome and all.... pleased so far!!

appears to be a Bally pro series machine,  Bally 5500.     sorry ,  not a rare machine, maybe a unique game kit.

It's a 5500.  Very nice. Yes i believe your wire is on the wrong terminal on the switch and dispenses coins on all winning combinations. Move the wire to the other terminal on the switch.
