Hi,

i have a bally slot machine a model:s63M3W600. (6000)
Unfortunately it throws an error code "win paid 8173". I've replaced the battery but it still doesn't work. 
Could you please give me advice on where to look for the bug?

After you replace the battery you MUST do a complete clear of the board.

Can you post a picture of your board?  You may need to purchase a set of clear chips to perform the clear procedure and clear the error.

I also think that 2 clear chips are needed. I checked the serial numbers. Are these normal 27CO20C chips?

I put the clean chips in the machine.  I followed the instructions.  Does not start.  8170 a cod.  What's your advice? :Scratch-Head:

I only wonder which button to push to reach code 50 ?

81 is low battery. 70 is door open during spin.  Did you see  "CLC" on the display after you performed the clear?  Push service button on the button deck after a proper clear.

Yes, I made all the steps. I only cannot make the last step (the complete description was sent by Badbau) so I cant see code 50 on the display.

Maybe you have the removable type clear chips and not the leave in clear chips? That's why your error code does not clear.

Thanks for the help.  The ds2 8 switch was off :( I turned it on and did a complete delete.
