After you clear as stated by JConti and the machine says default settings loaded DO NOT restart.  Typically you restart after a clear but on the Aruze just let it sit.  I have seen it take up to 15 minutes like nothing was going to happen and then it booted right up.

You may need to change your batteries and then clear the machine. Turn the attendant let on the right side of the machine toward the front, or counterclockwise and restart the machine.  The will prompt you to turn the key again to clear the machine, and those errors will clear.

Double diamond deluxe is a Type 2 game that nudges both up and down.
If your symbol is a diamond that is above the pay line it will nudge down to be on the pay line.
If its below it will nudge up....
Slam dunk only nudges down, Balloon bars only nudge up.

There are other themes like Haywire where you hit the haywire symbol and one of the reels spins backwards, and then they kind of jerk and stop, Spin to you win. You hit a spin symbol and the game just plays and plays until you hit a winning combination.

Wow, that's awesome information. The education of slot machines is really important.

Lance, can you share a picture of the hopper? Though the machine is by Games of Nevada, the hopper is most likely a Bally. The agitators are sized according to coins used. A 3 leg would be for coins larger than quarters, like Ikes. 6 leg are used on quarter and smaller. There are a few different sellers on eBay offering replacements.

I think it's firmware.
Netplex would be GUN0010506.
USB would be GUU001A508.
We don't have anything, at all that uses GUHR119011.
