Bally V2337-17 Black Jack 21 Machine Freezing / Locking up when Dealing Cards

Hello... I just picked this V2337 BJ/21 machine up.. When you first turn the machine on it boots to the main screen after running the ram check.. At this time it will not accept coins.. If you reset the hopper board, or the switch on the board stack it runs another ram check and back to main screen.. Now at this time it will accept from 1-10 coins and the Deal deck button light up, but once you  push the deal button the whole machine freezes.. I know the problem does not come from the 3 board stack, because it works fine in a V2000 Poker Machine I have..
I guess my question is, are these deck buttons like an IGT, to where if one button stick, the whole machine will not play? I know the IGT Fortune 1 machines are like that...Machine has a nice picture and sound, just wants to lock up and freeze?? Does any one have any ideas??

Well lets bump this back up.. I've been in this machine for a couple hrs today.. I've gone thru the games deck buttons, checked the door and lock switches, I hooked up the key board and the tests looked good.. I'm at the head scratching phase  .. I checked the power supplys voltages on the boards loops and all are in spec... I took this 3 boards and put it into my V2000 Poker machine, and it plays.. Now I put the Poker 3 board stack in the Black Jack 21 game.. It went thru the ram check, and coined up as the other boards did, but this one went and let me play one hand, but then when it finished, the machine reset and did another ram check? It's at this point it reset again, so I shut the machine off.. Power supply voltages check almost perfect, but it almost act like it has a voltage drop, so I'm not sure what to check next?? Could I have a problem with the power cord line filter?? Anyone have an idea??

Update here...

I had to walk away for a while with this machine. I swapped the power supply board, but that was no help. My next attempt was to change the power distribution board. There's not much to this board, about 6 plugs, one small IC and a few resistors. Once that distribution was swapped out, I'm now able to play the game without it freezing up!!     

Problem solved..
