Bally Alpha mechanical reels not configured

I'm getting this error code, reels won't stop spinning. I tried going into game diagnostics to calibrate the reels but they spin for about 10 seconds, stop and start spinning again & they never calibrate to the reel stops on the picture on the LCD screen, just repeats that process over & over again, is there a way to solve this? I was just running a Blazing 7s game in this same machine but took the reels out of another machine (Bonus Times) put them in this machine, changed the software did a clear, set all the settings and now it's stuck like this.

Try reseating all the reels and reseating the reel harness into the back plane.

Thank you, after re-seating the reels, they all work now. Now I have a new problem, the game is not paying out correctly, either I have the wrong reel strips or possibly I have the wrong OS card or game card in this machine. It is a Bonus Times 3 reel, 5 coin/5 line game. I can post the numbers on the bottom of the reel strips, or the numbers on the OS & game card if that helps, thanks

You probably have them in the wrong order, there aren't really many variations of that game theme, are the symbols that show up in the paytable the same as the ones on the strips?

Well all 3 strips are exactly the same & when I do the reel celebration test and touch the  video screen of each reel it advanced up & down and the actual reel moves to the same position on the monitor. But if I press the icon for calibrate the reels spin bit do not match what's on the LCD when they stop

Weird, if the reels match the video in the diagnostic screen, the game should play right.  I'm at a loss.

They only match on where they stopped last and when I'm doing the touchscreen spin test for each reel, then it matches. But when I touch the box "calibrate" the actual reels spin but when they stop, they don't match where they stop on the LCD screen
