Having troubles setting wins to credits on Double Diamond IGT S+
The game prom says it's an SP146 but I cannot find any info on that particular prom .Anyone know what it is or have info on which particular settings is needed to get wins to credits instead of paying out quarters .

A SP146 may not be correct. I'll add a link for how to check SP and SS chip numbers. See if you can get those numbers for us.

In order to get into the settings I've gotta push the white button twice then turn the jackpot key once...from there each time I turn the jackpot key it gives me these options 1_0 then I've gotta push the spin reels button to switch to 1_1 5_0 or 5_1 6_0 or 6_1

Yeah it's not there. Did you push the test button until a 4 was showing? That should show the game and reel prom numbers. On some of the game proms, the 5_1 is the setting for credits, if I remember correctly.

What shows on the display if you just keep pressing the test button without turning the reset key

It only goes up to the first page of [1_0] ?

5_0, 5_1 or 5_2  are the correct settings to choose from, on an SP731  5_0  is the correct setting for wins to go to the credit meter   the other two settings involve interaction from the player, where as the player would have to press the cash out button before playing, then the wins would go to the credit meter, if after pressing the button, and no games are played, then it automatically reverts back to the pay from hopper.

I would upgrade the SP chip to a SP731, very user friendly, in the sense that all functions and settings can be preformed using the 5 buttons instead of using the jackpot reset key.

RB a member on here can set you up.

Get back to the 2nd Test button "push",  which is really the 2nd "page" of the options (each "push" is a "page"), and do what Jim said in his Reply #8.
To get to fives on that 2nd page, turn the reset key 4 times while watching the display panel.
If yours is reads [5-1], change it to [5-2] instead by pushing the "Spin" button once on the button deck.
Once you've chnge the [5-x], "push" the test button until you get oughta of the options or just plain close the door fully.
You should be able to add all wins to credits.

Below is a quote from Jim's instructions...>>>

5_0, 5_1 or 5_2  are the correct settings to choose from, on an SP731  5_0  is the correct setting for wins to go to the credit meter   the other two settings involve interaction from the player, where as the player would have to press the cash out button before playing, then the wins would go to the credit meter, if after pressing the button, and no games are played, then it automatically reverts back to the pay from hopper.

When I am in the 2nd test page it shows 1_0 then turn the key it goes to 5_0 then while on the 5_0 I can push the spin reel and it'll switch to 5_1 then while on 5_1 if I push the spin wheel it goes back to 5_0.  I will try Jim's directions again. I will also try figure, out how to post a picture.  Last time I tried it said my file was to big.  I turned my camera down but still said file to big.  The SP that,is installed has SP142 written on a small sticky tab on the prom itself.
