Double Diamond S+ won't boot

Hey guys need some help, I have a S+ Double Diamond that I have owned for couple years now and it worked perfectly up to today.  For the past week or so ive been getting a error 41 on startup, which I could typically clear by opening the door and turning he jackpot key once and closing the door, sometimes took several tries.


Today however the machine wont boot, the fluorescents come on but the reels don't spin nor do I get any optics.  The denomination light is not on so sounds like the board is not getting power.  Ive check all 3 fuses.


The harness going from the power supply to the board has burnt marks on the 2 pins furthest to the right, so that might be my issue, but would it makes any sense that this all started with error 41's?


I do have a fully working Red White and Blue right next to it so I could try swapping parst to isolate the problem but want some guidance so I don't end up with 2 down machines...


Any advice?

Yes swap that power harness and see what happens.

Swapped the harness and the machine booted right up and works fine now, i'll try to source another harness from the vendor who sold the machine originally, supposed to have a lifetime warranty.

Good idea, glad you got it working.

You can release the clips holding the crimp connectors in that plug. Take them out one at a time, and spread it open and cleaned the contact. Lift the locking clip back up and reinstall. Do that to both burnt connectors and give it a try.
