BillVal error

Hello, I have a Bally V20-20 HD machine that is giving me BillValidator errors. BillVal Port Error, BillVal Stacker Open, BillVal Stacker Box Open, BillVal Device Error, and BillVal Com Error. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Was this working before or is this a "new to you" machine?  All the errors are simultaneous?

Too many errors from the BV can only be explained by a faulty BV or wrong Firmware

Hello, so everything was working great until I decided to print a ticket then that's when all of the issues started. I then reset the software and everything seemed to be working again then I inserted the ticket I had printed and the issues came back. The BV did accept the ticket and the machine did give me the credits on the ticket but the errors came back again. I ended up resetting the software again and it seems to be working fine now but whos to say that the issue wont come back again.
