New S2000 Owner, Need a Comparitor

Hello everyone,
 
I'm new here and wasn't sure where to properly introduce myself. But in any case, My name is Robert and I just got my first machine.

It's a 25 cent Super Spin Sizzling Sevens with the 4th reel. (Which includes Haywire, Mystery Reel Nudge, 5 times pay, 2 times pay, etc) It has a topper too. It looks like it used to accept coins (The part the comparitor snaps onto is there, but they removed the coin comparitor and hopper. Do you know what type of coin comparitor I would need to get? I see one on ebay, a CC-16D CMI# 66160081, Would something like that work? And also, after seeing a few youtube videos on programming an S2000, I bought a couple motherboard chips off of ebay, but am starting to wonder if I got the right ones. I got a Key31 chip and a Clear IVC00097 chip. Would those work? Thanks I advance for your help.

The S2000 uses a 13v DC inhibit comparitor. The number you mentioned is correct. There are usually vendors here that can help with your needs. They are listed on the home page. The clear & key chips you bought should work fine if you have a 50X main board. IVC00097 doesn't play nice with a 1270 enhanced board. I recommend the newer IVC00224 & KEY00045.
