IGT I-Game and Game King / Re: Brand new Machine owner... Potential issue
« Last post by dunginhawk on Yesterday at 11:08:30 PM »
So Im not 100% sure if it worked or not... I only sprayed the pins on the board that slides in to the main board.
I did get the error one more time after that, but havent had it happen since.
I now have it in its final place, so hopefully I dont need to move it, or take the board out...

im still probably not able to remove any chips.. there are so many, im not sure which one it is :)

IGT I-Game and Game King / Re: IGT Game King Multigame doesn't boot up
« Last post by Tilt on Yesterday at 08:47:45 PM »
Yeah, the 3902 boards and 044 boards from what I've seen are pretty good about getting the red blinking led when they don't boot because of software or another issue.

My initial thoughts is you probably have failing CCFL's since it worked a little bit and then died during setup with the new inverter board.  Usually they will take out the fuse, but it may have taken out something else.  Unfortunately,  you probably need a new LCD panel, but it would probably be best just to find another complete working LCD monitor for it.

Hello, I have several Bally Alpha 2 (V32) running UFL.  These machines were configured for multiple (5) denoms.  Is it possible to remove one of the denoms without RAM clearing it?  If so any instructions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

IGT AVP (Including G20,G23) / What type of buttons are these?
« Last post by sakwilla on Yesterday at 06:12:14 PM »
Bought 8 buttons and connected them all up and turned machine on - they seem different to the two at the bottom row (bottom left and right) No issues with them but they seem slightly thinner to the other two. Just want to know if they are a special type as usually when I buy them they are the standard. IGT ones life the bottom left and right ones.
