Thank you AMechanic! I appreciate the information. I can't do anything else until I get the bulbs in from amazon prime in a day . Once the lights are working again in the belly she is back in business.

Amechanic will you post a youtube video of it in action? I'd love to see it. I have an old Keno machine I would like to get going too, i cleaned behind the monitor on that one as it was disgusting, it worked for a little while then the monitor messed up, the numbers get all out of wack on the keno layout , not sure if that is a motherboard thing or a monitor thing.

Thank you both very much =)  Just got them both out and  placed an order for 3 more t5 bulbs for the belly and the reels, all 3 bulbs were black on each end. Man, I love this forum. You guys have the same passion I do for these old machines I love it.
You are absolute right! The old members here are extremly helpful!

They have helped me many times the last years!

Sorry all for i say Wheels when I talk about reels…. In Sweden is the name "hjul! same for Wheels on cars and "Wheels" n slottermachines… :-)

Got most of the lights working, now I need to replace the side little neon bulbs on the reel sides and 1 little bulb up top for the "1 coin in" part, and thats interesting what you said about the old reel counters being there. I wish I knew the history on this machine, like when it was converted and where it ended up after Foxy's. We got it from our neighbor back in 2003 he was an old slot tech but we neglected to find out how long he had them.
The other two starters on the inside of the case to the left of the reels were bad as well. Replaced those two .

Well I got Frankenstein running tonight, and surprising the sound even works. Just a few little things to wrap up tomorrow. I’d post a video, but I’m not much for YouTube.

Amechanic , how did frankenstein turn out? I'd love to see it in action =) I have been a little busy on my end with car stuff but The Foxy's machine is working great now, all the lights work properly, the sound, it's such a smooth machine as far as the action goes. Thank you all for your help on it . I went to my dad's house tonight and plugged in his old Bally and he said the 9 volt reducer transformer thing? lol, I probably butchered that, but that little square things next to the round starters, he has two on his Bally machine and they both get hot, hotter than my Foxy's machine, would there be a valid reason why that would happen? I'm uploading a few pics for you all . I know it's early, or late depending on your location.

The black thing is the florescent light bulbs ballast, and the round silver thing is the starter for that bulb.

Frankenstein is alive and working well. Like I said before, I don’t do YouTube videos.. Sorry

No worries amechanic , why would those ballasts run hot ? I don't recall the ballasts in my Foxy's machine running that warm.
