With Radio Shack no longer an options, I would say stuff like Fry's if there are any around where you are at.  They are 250v 3A fuses. (fast acting type).  Of Amazon prime them.

Thank you sir, is there any variance on the amp size of the fuse in case I can't find the exact one? Just don't to take a chance of damaging any parts inside the machine.

Well, the 3 amp fuse is designed to blow if more than 3 amps of current flow through the fuse, that usually denotes some kind of power overload due to defective circuitry or a short.  I would not get something higher, it could delay the protection long enough to cause more damage.

Aren't those just AGC-3A's?  Any decent hardware store (the type with an aisle of "bolt & hardware trays" preferred) or auto parts store should have them.

I have some regular 3A fast acting fuses but it seems like they are too big in diameter, are the ones for this slot machine more skinny?

You don't have the blown one?  That sounds more like it uses GMA  which is 5 x 20 mm?  AGC's are 1/4 X 1-1/4".

That's unfortunate.  Sorry, I don't have the same machine to confirm that is the correct type for sure.  The web says my local Home Depot has some in stock.
EDIT - Found in another post: Fuse, TMLAG/SB, 5 X 20 MM, 3.15 A/250 V.  That implies slow blow but I'd prefer to err on the safe side?
