Arm stuck in the down position

IGT S+ Double Diamond 5 Coin Multiplier, 3 Reel, 5 Line game

The arm is stuck in the down position. What's the fix for this ?

The latch is probably stuck or broken.  You will have to look at the slot arm mechanism and see what the latch is doing.  When the arm reaches the bottom, the mechanism is supposed to release the latch that keeps the the arm from moving up while you are pulling it down.

I opened the cabinet, loosened screws ftom the plate and it appears to have relaesed the handle and isn't sticking at this time.
It's probably not the approiate fix, but its working.
