Some of the wiring harness, lights, I have everything wire coded, numbered, so it's easy peasy to find a problem if it arises.

A couple of more photos of the front of the machine. As I said, the lock is working awesome, the front turned out nice overall.
This is a copy of the original background, the old one was turning into dust when I handled it, causing some issues with using it as a template to locate the old holes. Overall everything went according to plan.

I'm working on the ball recovery for the machine, I suspected that the unit was going to have to be put in the lower part of the cabinet, and I was 100% correct. The way it is setup is correct for the balls to drop from the machine into the ball tray, and roll down into the ball recovery. The ball recovery is too large for it to be mounted into the cabinet where the machine is located.
I think it is made for the newer machines, however the setup is perfect for this builder. Will post pictures later. Time for more drawings.
Update, I installed a funnel, the blue tube is not trimmed down yet, I'm using it as a alignment tool for the ball return down below. I had a whole lot of fabrication, alignment, to do, it is a whole lot of work.

I've been busy, the tax stamp is completed, I got the staple installed, you have to be very careful with the staple, I think my back board is petrified, I had to drill holes in the tax stamp before I installed the staple or it could have been a disaster.

The ball lifter is coming along, I finally fabricated the housing, electrical plug, tubing is cut to fit. I installed the light in the bottom of the cabinet.

Been busy at a a few things. First is the ball tray return, I was able to install the tubing into the cabinet, and it turned out really nice. I spent a lot of time on the development, execution of the Total ball recovery installation.

Today I got more wiring completed. I finished up with the 110V light installation. Installed another light, wired it up. Looking good.

I kinda screwed up, I ordered a upper ball tray and the seller kinda sorta failed to go through with the deal, and now I am looking for another one.

The trim around the game was difficult to get the correct screws. The #4 was to large, so I went to #2 screws.
Even with a jewelry screwdriver, and using two fingers I still manage to mar a couple of the screws.

Good news, I found my ball tray for the machine. I sure hope this one hasn't any hiccups.
The ball retrieving system is going to plan. I've installed the light when the motor is working, I've wired it into the micro switch, it has it's own fuse, so its protected.

Things are a booming.

I finally got the upper finished. What a workout! The glass is reflecting light, the cabinet looks awesome lit up.

I installed the glass for the door, I also have the plastic in the second track next to the playfield. It looks good, except that I am contemplating getting another glass sheet and get rid of the plastic.

Finally I found the perfect ball cover for the ball drop. If I didn't get it installed, the balls would fly out of the drop.

Worst thing is having your balls rolling around on the floor.

I fabricated a cover for the bulb in the upper cabinet. This will keep the light 100% forward and not into the lower cabinet.

Since I don't have the upper ball tray yet, the ball dump has to be put on hold until it comes in. I'm sure the angle of the ball dump is correct.

I'm really pleased with the lights in the center of the game, the frog lights up nicely. The wiring is pretty much out of the way of any obstacles. Its really excellent when you can access the project from both sides while fabricating the cabinet, parts, pieces, etc.

Since the cabinet weighs a lot, I am working on the wall mount. My idea is to install a board, then use long screws to bind the three pieces together making it stronger.

Working on the tulips, frog, where they operate correctly with the balls, open closing. These are some of the intricate features that they make, opening, closing, did you know the ball opens them up from the inside. The frog controls which way the balls go left, right, and down.
