Random button panel tilt

G20- anyone ever encounter a random button panel tilt? Happens every so often, but specifically when I select triple double diamond hot roll. Can’t clear it, have to reboot the machine. Once I’m in the game, it’s fine. Only happens when I enter the game, and only once every 5 or so times. I’m thinking it’s an issue with the loader I have?

If the loader was bad, you would not be able to install it as the system checks the validity of the installer before it installs the software.  Random buttton panel tilts are usually hardware issues.  Somebody else here with a button panel tilt had a bad flex cable that was causing issues.  There is also the HDMI cable that can cause button panel tilts if it is damaged in some way or another.  Also I have found that too many usb license dongles can cause intermittent USB bus issues.  You might want to start with the cabling associated with the button panel though.  I don't really know why it only happens when you load this particular game.  I have had issues where the button firmware needed to be upgraded for the game to work, but in your case it sometimes works, which is puzzling.
