If you you turned the momentary key already, and the reels didn't stop, then the problem may very well be the the key switch, or it's 2-wire harness.
Remember, you turn the key only when the door is open.
You can check to see if the wire tabs are on the contacts securely...one could have fallen off during transport?
If you have a multimeter, you can put the probes on the two tabs of the keyswitch and turn the key to check if there's continuity.
If it turns out that the keyswitch is malfunctioning, you can pull off the 2-wire harness from the contacts, remove the nut that holds the keyswitch body to the cabinet wall, take it out, and order another one.
Meanwhile, you can temporarily re-route the 2-wires out thru the keyswitch hole, close the door, and physically touch the 2-wires together.
That should make the tilted reels, stop spinning.
