Hello all.
Member "Mr. Dinoman" (Jimmy) is RECOVERING from open heart surgery last Monday 7/17. I'm VERY HAPPY to say recovering here because we've lost too many members lately. And thankfully, Jimmy didn't go "extinct" on us!  :dancing_2: I'm happy to announce this good news for a change. :applause:

I understand pulling slot arms can be classified as low impact cardio suitable for cardiac recovery.

Hi Mr.Dinoman,
Glad you're recovering from all that.  :yes:
I had multiple congestive heart failure  couple of yrs ago and the docs installed 3 stents in my main arteries over my heart.
I just finished walking 18 wet holes yesterday & today with my golf buddies...you be okay...it just takes time..good luck to ya! :)
