Two complete kits. Button panel, Wiring, Button deck control board with mount, Original game software and both placards/badges. 250.00 each plus ship or both for 450.00 plus ship in lwr 48 only. Both tested/working. Both sold

It is set up from Bally as a v-20/20 dual screen. I am not sure but think a few members ran it on m-9000's or something and strung out a aftermarket monitor?.

You do NOT need a dual monitor set up. only a 1gig engine (old or new style 1gig-doesnt matter). A friend runs his in a Cinevision cab.

When I do a setup it goes all thru except asks for usb cable to hook up. Thought that was for 2nd monitor.

GameMakerHD are more common in single screen Cinevision cabinets. You will be able to run the game just fine...is that what you meant Ford?

Yep, but I decided to set it up in 15 inch duel screen for a project.
