1st alpha pt 2

Per my previous post. New to me Alpha. Got the clear card and set it up. It works. 2 issues. The top of the candle won't stop blinking and the printer will only do a void ticket. I'm pretty sure the printer issue has to do with a setting I did wrong the candle I have no idea. Looking for thoughts.

I don't recall that as an option. I think the printer issue is a protocol thing when setting up. Any ideas on the candle?

There should be that option.  Candle will flash until you get correct printer installed.

I figure I need paper anyway, might as well find out. In the attendant menu that's the only "error" that's listed.
