I Don't think a picture would be of much help, The CGF Simm goes in slot J3 which is right below the MM II sound board. The DSS sound Simm goes onto the MM II sound board. Now you have 3 PXL Simms, which will go into slots J6, J7, & J8 It really makes NO difference which PXL Simm you install in which slot, just make sure all the dip switches and in the correct position, ( see attached list ) Me I always try to install PXL Simm  2 of 4 (PXLF3) in J6, 3 of 4 (PXLF4) in J7, and 4 of 4 (PXLF5) in J8.

Thanks Buzz appreciate the response....I think where I am unsure is on the mpu under where the cgf board goes there is 2 eeproms there marked cg1 and cg2 ...do those come out or do they stay in?
What happens after I clear it with key 40 is it boots up and just does color changes on monitor but just repeats the color change over and over...not sure what I have wrong

No those two eproms are for your old game and have to be removed.  The Simm replaces those two eproms.  Color changes ?? sometimes it seems to take forever for a machine to go through the color changes but it's just something your going to have to live with. The machine is going to go through the color changes then it will tell you to press the test button for 3 seconds, more color changes then maybe it will go to key menu are maybe it will have you press the test button again. If it has you press the test button more that three times do the clear again.
If you just can't figure the change out give me a call 661 944 1478   ( cell 818 370 1673 ) West Coast.

Oh shit I just looked at the picture you posted and you have got a big mess going on.The Lucky Larry soft ware you received should have been 1 Base chip, 2 game chips, 1 CGF Simm, 3 PXL Simms, and 1 sound simm. It looks like you have the correct base chip and simms, but I'm not sure what game chips your using, I don't have anything on G0002142. If those are the correct game chips for Lucky Larry you are going to have th remove those two PXL eproms that are installed right next to the game chips.

Thanks Buzz, just wondered what the problem was. These I games can take sometime to boot up. I have had some that would boot up in about a minute others 5 minutes or longer.
