DVB-200 hit and miss on bills.

This forum has helped me a lot so now I just wanted to share what I came across.  My slot machine was sometimes taking my bills even after using those dollar shaped cleaning pads.  If the bill was in great condition it would usually take the bill and give credit.  It was always a concern when I had family and friends over, every time someone would come to me saying the machine wont take bills or that the bill got stuck in it.  With info from this forum and a few very savvy people who took the time to answer my questions, I understood it may be a belt(s) problem.  looking at my belts I knew they were used but not sure if they were 'too' used.  So with nothing to lose I did what any other shade tree mechanic would do.  I cleaned the belts as best I could with one of those wet disinfecting towels, let them dry then with a qtip and auto-motive belt dressing I applied some to the belts.  I sprayed a little into a cap and dabbed the qtip into the dressing then applied to the belts.  Waited for about 30 minutes and put back into the machine.  It accepted all the $1 bills it was previously rejecting, $10 bills and the $20's.  It doesn't have the update to accept the new $5 but that don't bother me a bit now!  Its been about two weeks now and its still taking my money.
