Locked Jurisdiction? Interlock switch? Comparitor? Oh my…

Working on a GameMaker and when I do a safe Ram clear, I can’t set the jurisdiction. How do I unlock this? I also noticed my door interlock switch won’t register in POI test and the CC-16 comparitor won’t register a coin drop in coin test. Related? Game shows 3 doors open, but I only see one switch. Also says “power reset” at the bottom?

I am helping a friend get his game working and it has similar issues. No problem with the jurisdiction, but it shows three doors open. Drop, main, logic. It also shows power reset. There is an interlock switch on the inside of the cabinet on the right side. It does not do anything in test mode. It looks like it used to have a bill acceptor, but not anymore. The switch arm is bent to keep the switch activated. I don't know where the other switches are. Also, the coin mechanism does not work in test mode. It just shows error signal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the 8 pin EEPROM is where the jurisdiction is locked up. Your particular software will not allow it to be reprogrammed.
I did take one that was not locked and had a jurisdiction of one and read it on my programmer then took a locked one and programmed the unlocked software onto it.
Then put that EEPROM back into the board and the screen now showed a jurisdiction of 1.
