I O Self Test Processor Low Battery 1 2

Hi,

during the SelfTest Processor I/O there are two Battery Low mentioned…

Which one is Battery 1 an 2 and which Voltage they should have ? Is there also a possibility to check the one in the Top Box and which Voltage it should have…

Don't think you are talking about a Reel Touch machine.
What machine do you have?

Tom,
OK yes now I see where you are.
That is not telling you that you have a low battery.
You should only have the coin battery on the MPU it should be above 2.9V
Hopefully you have already removed the varta battery, 500 series or 1270.
Battery 2 is not for the one in the top box.
Are you having a specific problem? Is the VFD indicating a low battery?  If it is you need to change the coin battery on the lower cpu.
If the top box battery goes bad and it is a bios 2 top box you will get an indication on the top box boot screen about cpu speed has changed.
Bios 1 can run with a dead top box battery.

I have no issue was just scared by the self test message..

I will check my BIOS if a Battery is needed

Remember if you have bios 2 and you are replacing the battery you will need a keyboard with the small ps2 plug so you can set the date and "load optimized defaults " in the top box bios.
