Alpha M9000 blank screen

Replaced mvram batteries on Alpha M9000 and all I have is a blank screen.  Do I need to insert clear card and reset?  If so, is there a particular clear card to use?  And if I need to reset, how can I find out which  bill validator I have?

Yes It will need to be cleared & setup. Clear card depends on what OS you are using. Post a pic of your BV & we can tell you what it is.
