S2000 Triple Diamond payout issue

Hello friends!

Recently picked up this 2 coin, single line, 2500 max win machine, and it's working other than payouts.  For example, hitting 7 7 7 on the reels registers as no payout and TD TD TD registers as a 1600 payout rather than 2500.  I've checked that the notches in the reel strips match up to the reel bodies, no problem observed.

Chips:
SB100059
SG000363
VS011GX1

Reel strips:
1 - 84825400
2 - 84825500
3 - 84825600

Can someone please point me in the right direction for resolving this?

Got any pictures? SB100059 is Triple Double Diamond 2CM not Triple Diamond.

SB100059 is Triple Double Diamond and Triple Double Dollars.  Your reel strips are for Triple Diamond.

Let's start over. First what game do you have based on the Glass & Graphics, then we can confirm the SB chip and reel strips.

It's a Triple Diamond, 2 coin, with a 2500 credit max prize. Attached is an image of it. Please let me know if you need any other identifiers.

Excellent photo....you would need SB100064 for that glass.
RB would have a better idea than I.
