TITO and Printer issue

i have a 5 reel machine with no hopper..i installed a printer and the tickets print fine ..i got a bettor TITO and installed it fine but now i try and print a ticket it displayed "PRINTER UNAVAILABLE".I even had a slot machine person program it several times and still it will display the same. he talked to bettor and said it was programmed right..Anyone else had this problem...it is working fine on my 3 reel S2000 machines, but the validator will not read them.There WBA12/13 and the dip switches are off..I read that they might need to be calibrated..Dose anyone know where i can find a calibration sheet....thanks

I don't understand why the bill validator would need  to be calibrated if it worked with the 3 reel machines before?
I've never had to use calibration paper ever.
I think you may need to get into the settings and make sure the printer is picked up thru the Netplex scan.
Also check the printer settings in the menu and see if it's "Enabled".

Try pressing the red reset button on the tito board.  Does the free play button work?

If the TITO board was not programmed with the option for free credits, even if the machine is configured right, it won't do the free credits.  When you ordered the board, did you specify to have the free credits feature?

That's why the button is there!  Try it first when having tito/printer problems.  I have had to reset them when cashouts go to handpay.

i have pressed the reset button and still it will not read the tickets ..the lights on the tito card communcating with the machine..the ticket goes in and hold it for several seconds then it will spit it out..I have three separate S2000's all with new Bettor cards and they are doing the same thing..this might be a thought way out there but if the machine date and time were never set could this be an issue..one other thing the WBA 12/13 validator on all three machines should be able to read the barcodes ..If one was bad ok but all three are doing the same thing ..any help will be great..i was on the line with there support and there not sure why it is doing this..

Are the numbers down by the barcode on the tickets you're putting in showing the same amounts as the ticket amounts?  :scratch-head_3:
If not, the bill validators will not "read" them.  :propeller:

hmmm...that's strange...last four numbers of "2000" matches the amount printed of $20.00

Something else is wrong with your machine settings or the validator sensors need cleaning?

i got a calibrator card and calibrated all the machine and they work fine now.except one i posted the issue earlier under a new topic..but here it is After i calibrated the bill validators there now taking tickets but one will try validating it so i know the it reading it ..but when i program the TITO the printer goes offline..When it program the tito it will see the ticket but will not validate it so in order for me to use the printer i need to take the TITO offline
