Game King Credit/Cash indicator

I have a Game King with a 3900 board.  The monitor displays the amount of credits in "cash"only.  Players do not have the option of switching between "cash" and "credit".  I assume this is a key chip issue but I have not been able to locate a setting where I can enable this option.    I know this is a minor issue but I would like to fix it if at all possible.   Any help is welcome...thanks in advance.

It may be a jurisdictional thing? Normally you toggle between cash & credit by touching the numbers.  I've never seen an option to force the machine to display only one or the other.

Right on Tilt,  I have never seen one like this either.  Normal is to toggle the cash/credit feature by touch.  This one is stuck on cash only.

I wish mine would do that.  They default to credits and I have to change it to cash.  It does that every time you switch games.  Anyhow, maybe the PSR will tell us something? What is the GME number for the game?

This one defaults to cash and can't be changed.  The Base is M00526.  Game chips (2) are G0001777

I installed that same set on one of my boards and have the same results as you.  Cash only, it won't change to credits.

Game King 5.3 does, and the PSR states this:

Credit Meter Display

The player can touch the credit meter display to toggle between the number
of accumulated credits and the associated cash value. The credit amount is
based on the selected denomination.

Looks like there isn't any way of changing it with this game software.
